A soldier in uniform. Traumatized. At some point he will speak, when and how he lost his first life. He will show his wife his wounds, the physical and the psychological, the scarred and the ones that will never heal. It is the war that has left these wounds. One of many over the centuries. Currently, people are fighting against people in many places around the world. Destroyed homes, torn bodies, flight and expulsion and - tears... Why are there always wars, why don't we manage to live in peace? Is peace perhaps just an illusion? Just as wars arise in people's minds, peace also arises in our minds. Each of us is responsible for it! And if we assume that we have free will, we can of course choose war or peace. Just imagine the following scenario: It's war and nobody is going! There is always hope for peace. Just as the dove grows out of the soldier's body...
The protector of one's own mind

Populist, favor-seeking politicians who only hang their flag in the wind, ideology-driven misjudgments, corruption, etc. And media that plays along without criticism. The result: conformism, mainstream thinking and politically instrumentalized, uniformly ticking people who hang like puppets on the strings of this state power in a country without national identity. Robbed of your own mind. And anyone who resists will have their brains drilled out in the most brutal way. What a surreal, distant scenario! Or is it already closer than we think? Do we really want to live in a world like this? Do we find fulfillment in this? The picture wants to be a warning call to all people of good will and a clear mind, an encouragement to think for themselves, because knowledge is power: “Sapere aude! Stand up! Have the courage to use your own mind!”
